Day 1: Kampala – Journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Following a hearty breakfast, one of our guides will meet you at your accommodation in Kampala by 8:00am and take you on a drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will embark on a journey with exciting stops at the Equator for some memorable photographs and in Mbarara at Agip Motel for a delightful lunch. Your journey will take you to Queen Elizabeth National Park, where you will be captivated by the stunning landscapes, lush tea plantations, expansive grasslands, majestic long-horned Ankole cattle, enchanting woodlands, and the dramatic Rift Valley Escarpment. Embark on an evening game drive as you journey to your place of accommodation. Experience dining and resting at Ihamba Safari Lodge (Budget), or indulge in the luxury of Mweya Safari Lodge (top-notch). Lunch and Dinner itinerary.
Day 2: Exciting Safari in Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda
Begin your day with a refreshing cup of tea or coffee before setting off on an exhilarating game drive along the Queen’s Mile and the Kasenyi trail. On this trail, you will encounter elephants, waterbucks, lions, buffaloes, Uganda Kobs, and warthogs, along with a variety of birds. Come back for a delightful breakfast and lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, embark on a thrilling 2-hour boat ride on the Kazinga Channel, where you will encounter Buffaloes, Elephants, Hippos, kobs, and warthogs, among others. This ride will take you on a journey where you can encounter a variety of birds.
