3 Days Nairobi to the beach, 2 Parks Safari In Tsavo

This 3-day, 2-night safari promises an exhilarating experience in Kenya’s top two national parks. It sets off from the stunning coastal beaches of Diani, Mombasa, Watamu, or Malindi, ready for an exciting journey. Daily excursions to Tsavo East and Tsavo West National Parks set off from your beach resort at Mombasa, Diani, Malindi, or Watamu. Embark on an exclusive safari journey to witness magnificent wildlife and discover the breathtaking landscapes of Tsavo East and West. The journey concludes in Nairobi, where we will drop you off at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

Day 1: Nairobi to Tsavo West National Park

Our company representative/ driver guide will pick you up at 7: 00am from your hotel in Nairobi, residence or airport for the drive along the Nairobi/ Mombasa Highway.

You can tell you’ve reached Tsavo West National Park by the expansive expanse of the grasslands and the unending sky. Here, it’s impossible to overlook the elephants. The park is home to Kenya’s greatest concentration of noble pachyderms.

You may have the opportunity to observe some of the 80 endangered rhinos that reside at the Ngulia Rhino Sanctuary, where they are protected. We can also get up close and personal with additional elephants, hippos, crocodiles, and other species, including zebras, by visiting the neighboring Mzima Springs, which has a million liters of sparkling water.

With its baobab trees and volcanic relics, this park’s vistas never cease to captivate. Tsavo West is a safari wonderland, with vistas of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, acacia bush, and a rocky desert.

Meal plan: Lunch and dinner

Day 2: Transfer from Tsavo West to Tsavo East National Park

Early breakfast, followed by a morning game drive in Amboseli to catch predators and other wildlife. Depart Amboseli around mid-morning and drive to Tsavo East National Park (approx. 4-5 hours).

Arrive at Tsavo East in time for lunch at your lodge/camp.

Head out for an afternoon game drive in Tsavo East, famous for its red-dust elephants, lions, and stunning landscapes. Evening Dinner and overnight at your lodge/camp.

Meal plan: Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Day 3: Tsavo East to Mombasa

Enjoy an early morning game drive in Tsavo East, taking in the beautiful sunrise and last wildlife sightings.

Return to the lodge for breakfast, then check out. Depart by train to the coast.

Your driver/guide will assist you in transferring to the Madaraka Express, the new high-speed train to Mombasa and the coastline.

Your first-class ticket is included in the tour price, so relax in your air-conditioned compartment with reclining seats. The rail path is elevated above the roadway, providing a better view of the parks. With its big windows, you’ll be able to enjoy stunning views of Tsavo East’s passing landscapes.

There is also a buffet car where you may get drinks and food, as well as clean facilities. In just under two hours, you will arrive at Mombasa.
