KwaZulu-Natal’s verdant, subtropical environment renders it an ideal locale for a beach vacation; yet, it is also a viable destination for safari experiences.  Zulu Nyala Game Lodge is situated within the esteemed Mkuze, Hluhluwe, St Lucia, and Sodwana reserves, hosting a diverse array of wildlife, including notable species such as cheetahs, elephants, and leopards.

The privately-owned Zulu Nyala reserve provides guided bush walks across its vibrant landscape and open-air 4X4 wildlife drives during the morning and evening.  Phinda Game Reserve and Zulu Croc Reptile Park are located slightly outside the reserve, with additional adjacent attractions include the St Lucia Golf Club and Emdoneni Cat Rehabilitation Centre.  Guests are encouraged to participate in cultural village excursions and St. Lucia boat cruises.

The lodge offers 52 air-conditioned suites in the following configurations: Family, Deluxe, Luxury, Standard Twin Rooms, and the Honeymoon Suite.  The onsite amenities are a tennis court, swimming pool, craft and curio shop, bar, reading lounge, games room, and dining room.  Spa services are also offered.
