Nasika Mobile Camp

Nasika Mobile Camp : Rates, Reviews, Booking Information

Experience the Great Migration in all its splendor.

Have you ever wished to track the yearly movement of wildebeest and other animals from the Ngorongoro Conservation Area to the Serengeti National Park?  From its two outstanding sites, the Nasikia Mobile Camp provides daring visitors the chance to see this event in all its splendor.  Following the Great Migration, the mobile camp travels between the two locations year-round.

Watch as wildebeest graze on the open Serengeti grasslands at the Small Marsh campground between December and March, or witness them take their chances passing floats of ravenous crocodiles on the Mara and Bologonja rivers between July and October.  Lucky visitors at the Small Marsh campsite could even get to see the miracle of life during calving season.

The mobile camp’s tent configuration varies depending on the needs of the site and other factors within responsible tourism influence.  Protected by heavy-duty canvas, the camp has eight to twelve solar-powered Tents with en suite facilities.  The camp offers a Lounge Tent with a library and a unique Dining Tent where visitors gather for meals.
