A Timbavati African Dream

Motswari Game Lodge is deep inside a private concession of the Timbavati Nature Reserve.  It lets visitors relax and restore their spirit, hence escaping from current concerns.  Motswari Game Reserve lies on an open 20-kilometre boundary with the famous Kruger National Park.  Consequently, the game roams freely between the two reserves, hence enabling interesting game viewing events.

On game drives or bush walks, rangers and trackers lead you; their knowledge and love of animals will reward you with amazing views.  Some of the extra events available are pre-lunch safari interest talks, overnight stays at the Giraffe’s Nest hide, and overnight walking safars.  Guests of The Lodge stay in Luxury Bungalows.  Every Bungalow has air conditioning and en-suite facilities; the bedrooms offer stunning bush and river views.

 Guests will participate in the enthusiasm the staff members have for their lifestyle.  Relax in the roomy lounge or a conventional open-air boma, visit either of the two onsite bars, or exchange the lovely dam view for the art gallery’s displays of original wildlife art.  There is also a library, well-equipped conference room and a cool swimming pool.  A visit to the Timbavati Game Reserve goes well with a stay in Cape Town and at Victoria Falls.
