Masai Mara Sopa Lodge : Rates, Reviews, Booking Information
Soar above the Great Migration in Masai Mara
The Masai Mara Sopa Lodge is located adjacent to the Oloolaimutia entrance of Kenya’s Maasai Mara National Reserve and is among the earliest lodges established within its boundaries. The Sopa Group adheres rigorously to a policy of exceptional service, a hospitable environment, and straightforward, comfortable lodging.
Due to rigorous conservation initiatives, there is a plethora of species in Maasai Mara. The remarkable predator population and the millions of wildebeest, zebras, and antelopes involved in the yearly Great Migration are particularly exhilarating. Regardless of whether game viewing is from a hot air balloon, safari vehicle, or on foot, visitors are guaranteed to maximize their safari experience.
The Lodge consists of 50 Guest Cottages, each with two bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, including 6 bigger sumptuous Suites and one opulent Honeymoon Suite. Constructed in the Masai style with primitive thatch roofs and situated along the hilltop, the features include mosquito nets, an electronic safe, and a private verandah. A restaurant, bar, and lounge surround a large fireplace in the main lodge, where expansive glass doors lead to a swimming pool and sun deck. Dinners are presented in a buffet format, with an extensive array of traditional cuisine.
