A conventional safari experience at Kwara Camp
The Kwara concession encompasses 175,000 hectares of stunning wilderness in the secluded northern area of the Okavango Delta, adjacent to the Moremi Game Reserve. Kwara Camp, situated adjacent to a vast seasonal floodplain and permanent water, and bordered by enormous vegetation, is well positioned for a diverse and secluded real Delta safari.
Kwara Camp offers a year-round diversified wildlife experience for guests. Whether navigating the seasonal waters of the Delta in the tranquility of a mokoro, exploring the renowned Godikwe lagoon, or embarking on morning and evening game drives to observe the predators that Kwara guides expertly follow, times of tedium are scarce. Morning refreshments are provided by a fire pit, adjacent to a hide that presents views of the surrounding landscape and a plunge pool that offers relief from the day’s heat.
The décor of Kwara honors real African aesthetics and features nine opulent canvas tents. Each tent features a spacious deck with a view of the lagoon, an ensuite bathroom equipped with both indoor and outdoor showers, and an exquisite bath, all offering vistas of the floodplains. The room contains a ceiling fan and mosquito nets surrounding the beds.
