Klein\’s Camp : Rates, Reviews, Booking Information
Where the prairies are boundless
The name Serengeti originates from the Maasai term for ‘Endless Plains,’ a phrase vividly exemplified at Klein’s Camp, a 10-cottage retreat situated at the base of the Kuka Hills, providing visitors with unobstructed vistas of the expansive Serengeti.
Staying at Klein’s Camp offers a glimpse into the essence of the Serengeti. The camp is located on a 10,000-hectare private concession, facilitating off-road game drives and bush hikes, as well as proximity to African wildlife. Your likelihood of observing lions, leopards, and cheetahs is exceptional throughout the year. Additionally, from June to December, one may observe the yearly Great Migration of zebras and wildebeests from the convenience of the camp.
Klein Camp’s 10 cottages accommodate a maximum of 20 guests, ensuring an intimate Serengeti experience. Every cottage is elegantly adorned and features an en-suite bathroom along with a private deck. The primary eating room offers organic, Pan-African cuisine. The camp features a bar, swimming pool, and a shop offering locally crafted Maasai goods.
