Serenity in Botswana at Elephant Pan Tented Camp

Elephant Pan Tented Camp is located within a 350,000-hectare private concession in the Okavango Delta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.  The camp, situated 12 km from the Khwai River and flanked by Moremi and Chobe national parks to the south and east, respectively, serves as an ideal base for exploring northern Botswana.

The camp, situated under the cathedral mopane forest, overlooks the Mopane Pan, which has a constant water source that attracts hippos, elephants, buffalo, and several bird species.  The camp features remarkable animal observations from their underground hide, situated 10 meters from a private waterhole, alongside regular game drives, a nocturnally illuminated waterhole, and semi-thatched, five-meter-high platform hides.

The camp features eight canvas tents equipped with twin-sized mattresses, solar power, gas-powered showers, and en-suite restrooms.  Savor breakfast, lunch, and three-course meals in the expansive dining room, and relish afternoon tea served on the game viewing decks.  Relax in one of two lounges, on the sun terraces adjacent to the pool, or in the open-air boma with a view of the waterhole.  Conclude the day around the campfire, with a sundowner in hand.
