Tranquil Retreat on the Zambezi River

The Zambezi’s rapid waters caress the wooden stilts that uphold the cabins at Chundukwa River Lodge.  Situated on the 300-acre Chundu Farm, about 25 km upstream from Victoria Falls, guests may relish magnificent vistas of the river and the lodge’s tranquil setting, while remaining just thirty minutes from the numerous attractions in this secluded area of Zambia.

The Zambezi nourishes the world’s greatest waterfall and conceals the formidable tigerfish, along with a remarkable variety of avian species that congregate in the verdant shrubs and overhanging trees lining its banks.  This region offers limitless amusement for families, thrill-seekers, and outdoor aficionados, encompassing game drives, white-water rafting, microlight flights, and equestrian paths.
