Castello Di Monte is a Tuscan-style guesthouse located on a hillside in the affluent area of Waterkloof Ridge in Pretoria, offering views of the “Jacaranda City.”  The tranquil environment is augmented by gardens abundant with mature olive trees and lavender shrubs.  It is Italian cuisine set against the African setting.
