Exclusive group safari at Chitabe Lediba Camp
Situated within a 22,000-hectare private concession in the Okavango Delta adjacent to the Moremi Game Reserve, Chitabe Lediba Camp offers exceptional opportunities for game viewing. This tiny counterpart of Chitabe Camp comprises only five roomy tents, making it ideal for families and parties traveling together.
Located in the somewhat arid southern region of the Delta, bordered by rivers on two sides and studded with lagoons and channels, Chitabe specializes in terrestrial safaris and offers guided bush walks. Given the diverse wildlife, including a considerable likelihood of encountering the African wild dog and an array of avian species facilitated by the variety of habitats, guests will undoubtedly be satisfied.
The camp comprises five tented chalets situated on low decks beneath shaded trees, each equipped with private verandahs. Amenities including a writing desk with stationery, universal sockets, mosquito netting, ceiling fans, and en-suite bathrooms featuring both indoor and outdoor showers. Timber walkways direct to the expansive main area, which includes a lounge, dining space, a self-service bar, and a modest “library”. A deck featuring a fire pit and loungers adjacent to the pool encourages relaxing while offering breathtaking views.
