Situated in a secluded area of the 10,000-hectare Kariega Reserve, the exclusive Kariega Homestead offers all the comforts and amenities of home, complemented by an exceptional safari experience that integrates wildness, valleys, rivers, and ocean.  This Big 5 destination is located just minutes from the coastal resort town of Kenton-on-Sea and slightly over an hour from Port Elizabeth and its airport.

This area of land and sea in the Eastern Cape is often referred to as the Sunshine Coast and serves as the historical center of the province.  There is an abundance of activities available, ranging from leisurely beach days and excursions to monuments and memorials, to enjoying the tranquility and serenity of the local reserves.

The seven-bedroom Homestead can house up to 14 individuals, attended to by their hosts, a personal chef, and a game ranger.  When not partaking in wildlife drives, beach excursions, river fishing, bush hikes, or leisurely paddling, unwind by the fireplace, at the poolside, or in the outdoor boma.  This family-oriented residence features a playroom for children, rendering it an excellent option for families and parties traveling collectively.
