Intimacy and exhilaration in the Linyanti Swamps

 Isolation is the essence of the experience at Linyanti Bush Camp.  Six exclusive luxury tents provide total solitude, and their location within the secluded Chobe Enclave in the Linyanti Swamps ensures absolute isolation.  However, as the sole water source in the region for a significant portion of the year, the Linyanti Swamps are among the most coveted locations in Northern Botswana.

The camp is situated along the banks of the Linyanti Swamps, in a location famous for its abundant wildlife, particularly its extensive herds of elephants, alongside sable, buffalo, sitatunga antelope, hippopotamus, crocodiles, leopards, and the endangered wild dog.  Compact, restricted groups embark on game drives and walking safaris in arid regions, whereas mokoro excursions are perfect for navigating the saturated wetlands.

The tents are constructed in the Meru style and are reinforced by timber frameworks on concrete foundations.  Each tent is equipped with canvas flaps, mesh windows, a bed with a mosquito net, and a sandy veranda that overlooks the Linyanti Swamps.  The tented central area includes a dining room, lounge, bar, and conference space.
