Scenic adventure in Sossusvlei & Nam Naui reserve

About 80 kilometers from Sesriem, the gateway to Sossusvlei, Namib Naukluft Lodge sits on the Nam Nau Habitat close to Solitaire.   Guests at the resort may discover the desert pleasures of the Nam Nau reserve, the Namib Naukluft Park or go farther afield to Sossusvlei to view the tallest dunes in the world.

Covering 13,000ha, this private natural reserve lets you see from one end to the other from some viewpoints.  Activities range from 4×4 desert drives and spectacular sundowner drives to guided and self-guided hiking paths.  Daily excursions into Sossusvlei with a pleasant and informed guide should not be missed.  A one-of-a-kind nine-hole desert golf course at the lodge is best enjoyed in the winter from May to September.
