Savuti is renowned for its substantial population of predators, including lions, spotted hyenas, leopards, African wild dogs, and cheetahs.  The extensive pride of lions in Savuti is renowned for preying on large game such as elephants.  Over time, savannahs and grasslands have supplanted an ancient lake, drawing a diverse array of fauna.  Baobab trees and rock art are located in the northern region of the area.

 Savute’s five tents are equipped with en suite bathrooms that include flushing toilets and hot bucket showers.  Purposefully situated in secluded regions of the park and relocating every five to six days, guests will find it challenging to encounter other cars and tourists.
