Within one of Africa’s most primordial and unspoiled terrains exists a serene refuge that reveals the magnificence of its inhabitants, topography, and fauna.  Lango Camp, located in Odzala-Kokoua National Park in the Republic of Congo, offers convenient access to many habitats and exhilarating activities.

Lango Camp is situated in the south-central area of Odzala, positioning you at the heart of its attractions and activities.  Navigate the Lekoli and Mambili Rivers via motorboat, kayak, or traditional pirogue, or engage in the unique experience of traversing streams and marshes on foot.  Game drives and boating excursions reveal fauna such as forest buffalo, harnessed bushbuck, hyena, aardvark, and the indigenous Guereza colobus monkey.  Adventure pathways adjacent to forested regions provide sightings of tiny crocodiles, kingfishers, and occasional hippos.

 Following your excursions, return to one of six guest rooms elevated above the adjacent gallery forest, offering stunning vistas of the marshy bay in front of the camp.  The bai attracts groups of African green pigeons, African grey parrots, and impressive herds of woodland buffalo and elephants.
