Retreat to the solitude of The Highlands
The Highlands safari camp is situated in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area in Tanzania. Enclosed by mountainous woodlands, the camp is both isolated and a center of ecological sustainability.
The camp is an excellent location to observe The Great Migration during its season, abundant with animals, including leopard, buffalo, elephant, lions, and black rhino. Engage with the local population through village visits or Maasai paths prior to embarking on guided excursions to the Ngorongoro Crater or the Olmoti Nature Walk. Participate in activities like as ornithology, photography, or embark on wildlife drives with experienced rangers.
Reside in one of eight canvas dome tents, each featuring en-suite toilets and wood-burning fires for the cooler seasons. Enjoy exquisite meals prepared with organic ingredients and delivered by the attentive staff at the on-site dining room.
